Responsibilities

To work within our existing 3D content creation team, co-ordinating with our technical lead and sales account managers to help deliver quality real-time 3D content.

 

  • It will involve working from pre-sales activities to help scope the project right through to delivery of the solution to the customer and acceptance.
  • Developing real-time 3D content to varying levels of requirements, low poly 3D models/ high poly 3D models
  • Creating real-time 3D content to specification on budget and on time
  • Attributing the models for different states and animations
  • Creating photo-realistic textures from existing photos or drawings or other sources
  • Creating realistic materials using PBR techniques
  • Optimising the 3D models performance and managing levels of details
  • Coordinating with other members of the team and external contractors
  • Testing your output in the rendering engine(s) chosen for delivery for visual feedback functionality and performance.
  • Documenting the 3D models output and interfaces
  • Reviewing 3D models already created by other people and giving feedback

Experience, Character and Skills

Essential Attributes:

 

  • Extensive portfolio showing 3D modelling in Low poly / High poly
  • Texture mapping including ambient occlusion representation
  • Experience of management of the detail levels of a model
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop
  • Texture creation on the basis of photo or imagination
  • Autonomously design the models respecting deadlines
  • Fluent in Italian and good understanding of English

Highly desirable attributes:

  • Knowledge of Modelling for 3D Real-time Application and modeling in Openflight format
  • Training and Simulation experience
  • Knowledge of Physics Based rendering techniques for 3D models

Responsibilities

To work together with and reporting to the European Head of Engineering in a new team being created to increase the synergy between each office and develop the company’s capabilities to support train and deliver services against COTS software  In this role will be involved with the following areas:

 

  • Supporting existing customer with support issues on COTS software
  • Delivering API level training to customers
  • Working with customers to define requirements.
  • Analysis of those requirements and design of the software.

Responsibilities

  • To work within our existing engineering team, co-ordinating with our project to help deliver and configure the physical hardware solutions and provide the post installation maintenance services.

 

This may cover the assembly of mechanical mounting structures, the construction of screen frames and installation of screen substrates to the mechanical alignment and configuration of all the associated hardware including the equipment racks and PC components, helping to commission the solution ready for on-site acceptance testing.

 

It will involve working with multiple suppliers and contractors to ensure a successful commissioning

 

  • To complete risk assessment, method statement and acceptance testing paperwork as required and to assist in the planning and pre-sales activities as necessary to support the wider sales and business development members of the team. Creation of wiring schematics using our inhouse tools and input to the bill of materials required from project to project.
  • To help support post sales activities such as technical support call handling, escalation of warranty related RMA’s and repairs along with preventative maintenance contract execution and customer support services post installation.

Experience, Character and Skills

  • Good organisational skills, with a methodical outlook for the planning and execution of the given duties and most importantly with a sense of pride relating to the quality of the tasks conducted that are customer facing
  • Previous evidence of Professional audio-visual Pro background/knowledge is high desirable to ensure the candidate has a good foundation prior to any specialist training,

Responsibilities

Working at a European level you will be responsible for the IT components of the company ensuring that they are healthy, secure and fit for purpose. This includes but not limited to servers, desktops, laptops, cloud servers and office365. Regular activities will include the following:

 

  • To install and configure computer hardware, networks, operating systems and applications (desktops and servers).
  • To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephony and various site Internet connections.
  • To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
  • To support the rollout of new computer applications.
  • To respond to service incidents within the times specified in any Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • To provide telephone, e-mail and remote support to all IT users, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as required.
  • To manage backups of all systems ensuring that they run successfully To update systems and servers regularly with approved software updates.
  • To monitor system & server logs, following up on any security or performance issues.
  • To maintain the inventory of hardware and software licenses and telephone contracts.
  • Interfacing with parent company IT departments
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of internal IT and cyber procedures and policies

Experience, Character and Skills

  • Strong IT system administration background
  • Good technical PC skills being able to configure and diagnose issues with users’ equipment, predominantly windows environments.
  • Office365, Teams and SharePoint knowledge would be desirable
  • Hypervisor and VMM knowledge
  • Knowledge of Quality systems, e.g., ISO9001
